League level leadership updates for the Quick Find page on website are taken in the fall and in the winter.
We regret due to the busy spring season and
convention, we do NOT accept updates between March
and the end of convention. Updates are sent to the same
email above during open months. We'll be happy to take
spring updates once convention is over.
(NOTE: Any changes in leadership should always be sent to LSAG within a month of occurring. Please send this information to email@example.com. Updates on the website will be as mentioned above, and thus they may not be reflected when you send them in March to the end of convention.)
-To report a Problem with the Database:
FIRST, visit the DATABASE HELP page under SHOWS.
-If you need to be added to the database, contact the
Database Manager for YOUR HOME LEAGUE listed on
the QUICK FIND page.
-If you are in the database but are having trouble entering
another league's show, and you have gone through the
suggestions on the DATABASE HELP page under SHOWS,
contact the Database Manager or Show Chair for the show
you are trying to enter. See the QUICK FIND page to see
-If your league Database Manager cannot assist you, he/she
will direct you to contact the LSAG 2nd VP of Shows /
Database -&/or- the Database Assistant. If your league
has not replied to you in a timely fashion, please contact
one of the 2 people below.

If you are a LEAGUE sending in your totals for convention, send it to the address above along with your printed summary.
For information and procedures on other expenses & reimbursement procedures, please go to the MORE drop down tab & find EXPENSE VOUCHERS under the Administrative tab. Expenses must be pre-authorized & access to the form is through the treasurer. Contact him through the email provided to the left.
If you are an ARTIST registering for CONVENTION, send your payment to YOUR HOME LEAGUE TREASURER. Contact your league for the person and their address. Individual artists should NOT send convention fees to LSAG. Please be sure you include a copy of your registration confirmation. Do NOT make additions or subtractions to this confirmation page; they will not be honored. If you need to edit your convention registration, do the following:
1-Contact the LSAG 2nd VP of Shows / Database -or- Database Assistant and CC your home league treasurer.
2-Your registration will need to be reset by one of these 2 LSAG representatives, and you will need to RE-register while still MEETING the DEADLINE.
3-Print the new registration confirmation, add your payment, and send as directed.
*****VERY IMPORTANT: If you make adjustments to your Convention Registration the appropriate way as outlined above through the LSAG 2nd VP of Shows / Database or Database Asst., you must still do so WITHIN THE TIME FRAME FOR REGISTRATION AND NO LATER THAN THE DEADLINE.
If you are an ARTIST participating in a league show, read the prospectus for the show you are wishing to participate and follow the directions there. Some leagues require advance payment while others take payment online or at take in. LSAG NEVER accepts payment for league shows.
