GUIDELINES FOR HOSTING A LONE STAR ART GUILD MEETING
Each year, one to two leagues are chosen to host the Lone Star Art Guild meetings. One meeting is held in the fall, and one is held in the spring. There are a few guidelines which should be considered when a member league agrees to host an LSAG meeting:
1. We need a room separate from the host league’s showplace where we can conduct a meeting.
2. This room should either be free of charge, or LSAG will need to consider increasing dues in order to cover future costs.
3. Most host leagues provide some minor refreshments though this is not a requirement.
